Where do we ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe . Canadian customers may incur additional fees, duties or charges as a result of shipping into Canada. We utilize USPS Priority Mail as the default shipping method to Canada to minimize extra charges.

How much does it cost?

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, simply place an item in your cart. Below the cart you will see the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" area. Enter your city and zip and click. Your FedEx/USPS Priority Mail/UPS shipping methods will appear with pricing.

How do we ship?

All CrimpSupply.com orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. We offer several delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order. including, Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Ground rates general reach Great Lake states in one day, major cities in two days, and rural areas in three days. 

When do we ship?

Orders received by 4:30PM EST will ship the same business day! Just email your orders to sales@crimpsupply.com or place your orders on the web.

Where's my order ?

After you've placed your order, we'll email you a tracking number. The tracking number will also be available in your account.

What can I return?

Any non-special order items purchased from CrimpSupply.com can be returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You will receive a full refund of your order less shipping charges upon receipt of the returned goods. If you would like to exchange the goods, just return the items you don't want and place a new order.

How do I return something?

Send the items you don't want/need back to us with a copy of the order or the order number. A brief explanation of why you're returning the items is also helpful.

Once we receive the item(s), we'll process the credit and notify you via email.
